University of Copenhagen
Department of Drug Design and Pharmacology, Denmark, focuses on the areas defined by the research clusters Cancer and Infectious Diseases, GPCR Function and Drug Discovery, Metabolism and Inflammation, and Personalized Medicine. The department is one of the top addresses in Europe for medicinal chemistry, including pharmacology. There are already close collaborations of several members of the planned RTG with Prof. Trond Ulven, Prof. Kristian Strømgaard and Prof. David Gloriam in the field of medicinal chemistry of GPCRs and G proteins.
University of Dundee
Division of Biological Chemistry & Drug Discovery, School of Life Sciences, Scotland, United Kingdom has established one of the leading centers of PROTAC development headed by Prof. Alessio Ciulli.
Tohoko University
Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Japan. The university is research-focused and ranks among the best universities in Asia. Intensive collaborations have been established between Prof. Asuka Inoue and several members of the planned RTG.
